Someone please help me transfer my pics from my phone to computer?

Right click on the icon which you think is your phone and click Open and you should be able to browse your phone's contents easily and If that doesn't help then open up the Run box and type "devmgmt.msc" (without the quotes) and click OK.If you get to see a yellow question mark icon besides an item named something related to your phone(something like Boost blah blah blah),then it is a hardware problem.Right click and select Update Driver and search automatically for any driver.If that doesn't help,try to get appropriate software for it like you have the Nokia PC Suite for Nokia phones else try connecting the phone to another USB port.
