Does this TB have good conformation?

Conformation doesnt look too bad, but i really dislike the way he is being ridden and think it doesn not show him off at all xx i imagine he has quite good movement with a proper rider xx he doesnt have a very good neckline thoufh, but that could be easily improved with some good work on his outline and general self carriage xx
