Sprained ankle. Need advice?

Yesterday I was doing a bootcamp class outside that was running and sprinting. Half way throught the class I was running and tripped but caught myself from falling. My ankle starting hurting so I walked for a minute and then continued to run since it wasn't bothering me. I woke up this morning and now it is hurting, mainly the inner part of my foot. I've been icing it today and keeping it elevated. Any suggestions to get it better? I work out everyday so this is going to kill me if I can't do cardio :( I lift weights too so I was going to go to the gym today and just lift. Is that a good idea? By the way i'm a 26 year old female, 5'5, 138lbs.
