Best way to train dog used to house/yard to apartment living?

I have a coon hound/german sheppard 7 months old that is used to a large yard. I rescued her from the SPCA when she was 4 months old. We have to move to small apartment. I exercise her daily and we go to the dog park regularly. We are still working on potty training.
