Ive accidently poked my cousin in the eye!! Strange reaction!! Please help!!?

Ok!! I accidently poked my cousin in the eye, long story, please dont ask. The white part of his eye is now elevated (like a bump) and it hurts for him to blink!! Ive researched everything from "scleral whelp to raised cornea due to injury." But i can't find anything like this!! He also has a puffy eyelid, redness, and his eye lid has small bumps in it!! Ive also been touching puppies and i wonder if my contaminated fingernail caused this reaction!!
