Is it safe to jump in liquids with a low surface tension?

The record for the highest water dive is about 50m (160 feet). If we were to land in a different liquid with low surface tension and lower viscosity than water, would the landing impact be less severe? What liquids would you suggest? Let's ignore for now the toxicity of some liquids with low surface tension and concentrate only on their physical properties.
