I feel depressed every day when I wake up.?

I completely understand this. first off, when you wake up in the morning set an intention for the day. here are examples: today i am going to go on a bike ride and actually appreciate the nature. Today I'm going to find a new interest. Just try to occupy yourself with things you love to do. maybe you haven't discovered how much you really love something. something as in art, music, cars, zebras, parks, roller coasters, and such. just find something that you REALLY love. and depression recovery is HELL and if you really want to be happy then (you're probably sick of hearing this) you have to try your VERY BEST to pull yourself out of it. maybe you're going to meet someone who will change your life. just remember never occupy yourself with ONLY someone because people can change and it's good to always have SOMETHING to catch your fall.
