I can't get youtube's free mp3 converter to work?

I can convert the songs and then they download to windows media player but when I try to burn them on to a cd it wont let me. Some off the songs say the file is missing media usage rights (it's in the properties) is that problem?. Is there anyway for me to burn the songs I want, I hope so because I paid to download these songs.
