How to convince my mom to let me have scene hair?

Hey guys ima dude and I already have the anime style sweep in my hair but I really want to dye it black with a coon tail how can I convince her to let me do it? She tells me no and says because she dosnt like it! Any Time try and bring it up she screams at me ugh what do I do!?! Thanks guys xD
