A guy dropped an xbox 360 off here to get fixed about a month ago, and hasnt called or came to get it.?

He dropped it off about a month ago, and has called only twice to check up, but has not contacted me within the last week and a half, and was wondering when this is legally my property if he doesnt come to get it. last time we spoke he said he bought a new one, but didnt say nything about the one he dropped off to me. what happens now?
