Camp pranks that don't destroy property or hurt someone?

I am going to church camp, and me and my best friend are notorious for our pranks with shaving cream last year. BUT now we have people out to get us. we're using water balloons with a water and shaving cream mixture for defense purposes. Anyone have anything we can do? we're stumped...and we only have like just over a week left to prepare. HELP!!!!
