Card Game Called Concan, what do americans Call it?

I am Chaldean and i loveee the game Cocan. i play it with my uncles. and you usually say the numbers in sureth. our lanuage. i dont think americans have a name for it bc it comes from chaldean and assyrian decent. but there are games simliar to Cocan. but Cocan is our game. there isnt a game that is the same thou (:
